This policy explains what personal data EzyOptions collects, why, and your rights over it. EzyOptions Private Limited (CIN U62099TS2026PTC221145), registered office 54-6-408 EGC-9031-0342, KU X Road, Gundlasingaram, Hanamkonda, Warangal 506001, Telangana, India, decides how that data is used and is the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act 2023.
1. Data we collect
- Account: your name, email, mobile number, and (optionally) date of birth.
- Authentication: a hashed password (we never store it in plain text) or your Google sign-in identifier.
- Payments: processed by Razorpay. We store a payment reference, plan and amount — not your card or bank details, which Razorpay handles.
- Usage: strategies you save or publish, support messages, and basic technical logs (e.g. request times, errors) needed to run and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service (accounts, market data, saved strategies, community features).
- To process subscriptions and send transactional emails (verification codes, receipts, expiry reminders, support replies).
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run the Service, under their own terms:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Email provider — to deliver transactional email.
- AI provider — the assistant runs server-side; your chat messages are sent to the AI provider to generate a reply and are not used to identify you.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account; we will remove your personal data except records we must retain by law (e.g. payment records).
5. Security
Passwords are hashed and access is protected by signed, HTTP-only session cookies. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent (for example, by deleting your account). To exercise these rights or raise a grievance, contact our grievance channel at support@ezyoptions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (e.g. theme, last-seen community items). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
