1. Who we are
EzyOptions (the "Service") is operated by EzyOptions Private Limited (CIN U62099TS2026PTC221145), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 54-6-408 EGC-9031-0342, KU X Road, Gundlasingaram, Hanamkonda, Warangal 506001, Telangana, India ("we", "us"). The Service provides options-strategy building, analysis, simulation, backtesting and market-information tools at ezyoptions.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account is for one person; do not share, resell or sublicense your access.
3. Not investment advice
The Service is for education and analysis only. We do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, tips, or buy/sell calls, and we are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Any decision you make is your own. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.
4. Market data
Option chains, quotes and market screens in the Service use NSE's 15-minute-delayed F&O data feed, which we receive by subscription. Historical data (Session Analysis replays, backtests and price charts) comes from a separate third-party market-data vendor. Both are provided to you as part of the Service. Data may be delayed, cached or incomplete, and is intended for education and analysis rather than for order routing or execution. Other data (e.g. news feeds) is sourced from third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data, and modelled figures (pricing, Greeks, IV rank, backtest P&L) are estimates.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans (₹399 / month, ₹1,099 / 3 months, ₹2,099 / 6 months or ₹3,999 / year (as shown at checkout)) are billed through our payment partner (Razorpay). Listed prices are exclusive of GST (currently 18%), which is added at checkout as required by law.
- Access is granted for the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change plan features or pricing prospectively; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service; attempt to access other users' data; misuse community features (spam, abuse, unlawful or misleading content); or use the Service to breach any law or exchange/broker rule. Community content you publish must be your own and must not be presented as investment advice.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and design are owned by EzyOptions Private Limited. You retain ownership of strategies and content you create; by publishing to community features you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the Service.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyOptions Private Limited is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any output or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Service.
